Axcelus Financial (“Axcelus”), a leading provider of private placement life insurance and annuities, announces the appointment of Michelle Pedigo as Senior Managing Director on the Distribution team. Reporting to Jim Totten, EVP, US Head of Distribution, Michelle brings over 30 years of proven leadership experience in building and growing high-performing sales organizations.
Michelle is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking and strong communication skills, enabling her to bring clarity and structure to complex situations. Her track record of success makes her a valuable addition to Axcelus.
Prior to joining Axcelus, Michelle served as Head of Field Management for the South-Central Region at MassMutual Financial Advisors, where she led a significant division spanning 23 states and generating over half a billion dollars in revenue.
