Ryan Henry joined Axcelus Financial in July 2014 and serves as General Counsel, U.S. and Assistant Secretary. In this role, he leads the day-to-day provision of legal services to Axcelus Financial's U.S. businesses and manages the team of attorneys supporting the U.S. organization.

Prior to joining Axcelus Financial in 2014, Mr. Henry practiced as an attorney for a financial services company in suburban Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, he served on active duty as an officer in the United States Navy and later worked in a Navy civilian role within the defense acquisition industry in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Henry earned his JD from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, his MBA from the Villanova University School of Business, and his BA from Villanova University.
