As General Counsel & Corporate Secretary to BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc., Tanya Holcomb is a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and leads the company’s legal functions. Tanya also provides advice and counsel to the Board on corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining BAYADA in 2020, Tanya enjoyed a 17-year career with Honeywell International, Inc. a Fortune 100 technology company, last serving as Vice President & General Counsel of Global Litigation. Prior to Honeywell, Tanya served as Senior Counsel for BASF Corporation and as an Associate with the Newark, NJ law firm now known as Gibbons P.C. Tanya graduated from Queens College/CUNY with a B.A. in English Literature and received her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. Tanya received The Network Journal’s 25 Influential Black Women in Business Award, and she has been recognized repeatedly by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as one of New Jersey’s Top Attorneys.
