Rob Fulton comes to AXCELUS with 25 years experience in business, running retail food operations with $30 million annual revenue operations, and over 150 employees.

He has been consulting entrepreneurs for the past 2 years, working with owners and executives from various businesses. He is a Business Acceleration Specialist with training and experience in sales, customer service, product quality, promotion and marketing, inventory control.

He has completed training in human resource specialties, including Conflict Resolution, Frontline Leadership, One Minute Manager, Situational Leadership, Dale Carnegie, Heart of the Matter and Diversity Leadership.

He is a past member of Business Breakthrough Leadership Forum and has advised entrepreneurs and businesses with $2 million and above revenues from many different businesses, including health care management and records, industrial filters, dental appliance lab, military supply cos., commercial and residential general contractors, wholesale and retail food supplier, professional staffing firm and mergers/acquisitions.

He has consulted owners/entrepreneurs of general, electrical and concrete contractors, land developer and lawyer, mortgage and real estate broker, professional singer and church administrator, among others.

Rob sits on the leadership council of Escondido Christian Center and volunteers with young adults, the Serenity House, coffee cart and outreach ministry. He has been married over 30 years to his wife Gloria and they have 4 grown children, 2 girls and 2 boys.
