Since 2002, Paul has helped business owners to form or transform their businesses, as part of Paul Cronin & Associates.  In 2007 Paul Cronin & Associates joined Axcelus TM , a Business Acceleration Consultancy, based in San Diego and founded by best selling author Paul Lemberg.  Axcelus delivers its services both person-to-person and over the Internet. Paul Cronin brings extensive experience in sales, management, consulting and entrepreneurship to his clients.

Prior to forming his consulting practice,  Paul developed tens of millions of dollars in revenues over a 17 year career at Eden Toys, NY-based toy manufacturer that was sold to a larger competitor in later years. At Eden, Paul led a diverse team of telemarketers, and Senior sales representatives in addition to his own sales efforts with thousands of retailers in the US including major retailers such as Carlton Cards, Borders Books and Music, Federated Department stores, Talbot's, Nordstrom and TJX Corp.

In 2001, Paul built his first start-up, InfoStore Inc., which aggregated POS data and developed market information.  The business was unable to survive in the post-9/11 arena and was closed in 2002.  Paul learned valuable lessons from that experience that he shares with his clients.  Paul continues his start-up activities (and one of his passions) as part-owner of a golf training company.  Paul lives with his wife and children in the Boston area, except in the summer, where he can be found working (and smelling the roses) on Cape Cod.
