Mr. Kasinger is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Deliberate Company, Inc., Vancouver Washington, USA. a business management consultancy pioneering live web-based conferencing as the vehicle for delivering management tools to new and emerging businesses in the United States and abroad. In 2007 Deliberate Company joined Axcelus TM , a Business Acceleration Consultancy, based in San Diego, California and founded by best selling author Paul Lemberg. Axcelus delivers its services both person-to-person and over the Internet. Mr. Kasinger brings extensive experience in strategic planning with significant tactical business planning and implementation knowledge, creativity and experience to his clients. Delivering a strong background in operations, Mr. Kasinger is also a very successful negotiator. Recently, Jerry engaged a best selling author as a client and was successful in taking a three hundred thousand dollar three-year offer on the table to his new client to a successful three-year contract for more than three million dollars. An increase of over ten times the original offer in just two months.

Jerrry holds a BA in business and engineering (Washington State University) and has performed advanced studies at both Oregon State University and Portland State University. He has been certified as a CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Manager) with the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). In addition, Mr. Kasinger has served twice on the Board of Directors of the Portland Chapter of APICS and has taught the graduate level APICS certification courses at Portland State University. Mr. Kasinger is on the faculty of Income Builders International (IBI)'s Free Enterprise Forum - the largest senior executive networking club in the United States. He has studied formally under Steven Covey (Seven Habits of Highly Successfully People), W. Edwards Demming (System of Profound Knowledge), and Dennis Deaton (Mind Management Institute); and informally under Peter Senge (Learning Organization) and Eli Goldratt (Theory of Constraints). Mr. Kasinger currently sits on several boards of directors of emerging and rapidly growing domestic companies.
